Bottle Line 34. Electrical Engineer responsible for ControlLogix PLC programs developed for the following conveying systems (consisting of 400 + AC motors on VFD's): Filler conveyor, EmptyBottle Conveyor, FullBottle ‘A’ and FullBottle ‘B’. PLC program modifications for Ascending system and Empty carton systems. Lead of the I/O check teams. Startup and Shift electrical leader during 24-hour support coverage.
Lead Automation Engineer, responsible for the system architecture design, PLC programming interface between the Emerson DeltaV System and Allen-Bradley I/O consisting of more than 7,500 I/O points for the complete refinery. The scope included preliminary testing and modular programming prior to large scale deployment, FAT, onsite commissioning and system validation.
Electrical Engineer responsible for the Ifix and IHistorian Intellution SCADA server and HMI implementation and startup for the whole plant.  The actual system includes the Water Processing Area, Utilities, two Boreholes and three packaging lines. Electrical Engineer leader and support for the startup and commissioning of the water process area and Low Ozone injection.
Electrical Engineer responsible for the Boreholes PLC programming code, SCADA development, I/O checkout and startup.

OMHS – Site Response & Liquefaction Evaluation

This 3-year contract with the Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) to involved the design improvements of select stormwater drainage streams in St. Louis county.Provided geotechnical design support to the hydraulic design firm from subsurface characterization, slope stability analyses, to the preparation of plans and specifications.
Geotechnical earthquake engineering services were provided.  Phase I was the initial design of the Owensboro Medical Health System facility consisting of a regional hospital and support facilities.  Subsurface profile of shear wave velocities using spectral analysis of surface waves were developed for the use of site response and liquefaction evaluation.  The second phase was the evaluation of the impact of ground modification techniques for the building foundations.
The foundation support of this bridge consisted of twenty 10-inch micropyles under each pier.  This project consisted of the installation of vibrating wire strain gages within the micropyles to monitor the load transfer during construction.  Once the bride construction was completed, additionally truck load test were made to differentiate the live load contribution.  Evaluation of the data was followed by numerical modeling of the load transfer to soil and rock strata.
